About the inspection

How does the 6-month warranty work?

If the inspection turns up a problem and you have us fix it, the part we repair or replace is covered for 6 months, parts and labor, to get you through the winter. It covers that part, not the whole system. We tell you in writing before any work whether yours qualifies.

Which systems qualify for the warranty?

Your system qualifies if it is 12 years old or newer (by the date on the unit's data plate), passes our safety check, and has no existing problems like a cracked heat exchanger or code violations. The warranty covers the part we installed and our labor on it; it does not cover damage from power surges, freezing, flooding, missed maintenance, or work by someone else.

What if I want this every year?

Join the Comfort Club within 30 days of your inspection and your $160 counts toward your first year. You get a fall and spring inspection, 15% off repairs, and no diagnostic or after-hours fees.

Will you try to sell me something?

No. If something needs fixing we'll show you a photo, give you a written price and let you decide. Most visits end with nothing else to buy.

What costs extra?

Replacement filters, a condensate drain flush, burner cleaning and coil cleaning. If your system needs any of them, we tell you the price before doing it.

Which systems does it cover?

Gas or oil furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps. Price is per system.

Is it worth it if nothing is wrong?

Yes. Catching a worn part in October is cheaper than a no-heat call in January, and you get a written report on your system's condition. Want it every year? The Comfort Club includes it.
