Why do you ask for error codes and photos first?

Most furnaces, mini-splits and tankless heaters show an error code or a blinking-light pattern. If you send it, plus a photo or short video, we can often tell what part is likely needed before we arrive, which saves time on the diagnosis.

Should I repair or replace?

Rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than half of a new system and the unit is over 15 years old, replacement usually wins. We show you both numbers and let you decide.
