Do you work weekends and holidays?

Yes. Nights, weekends and holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s. After-hours visits are the $160 diagnostic plus an after-hours charge, and we tell you the total on the phone before we drive out. Comfort Club members pay no after-hours surcharge.

What counts as an emergency?

No heat, no cooling in a heat wave, a water heater that is leaking or has no hot water, or water coming from a unit. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas company or 911 first; we can come after they have made it safe.

Can it wait until morning?

Often, yes. Call us and we’ll tell you honestly. If the house will stay above about 55°F overnight and nothing is leaking, a next-morning visit at the standard rate usually makes more sense.
