Membership questions
Do I have to join on the day of the inspection?
No. You have 30 days. Call or reply to your inspection report and we set it up.
I just had a $160 inspection. Does it count?
Yes. Join within 30 days and the $160 counts toward your first year, and that inspection is your fall visit. On the annual plan, the rest of year one is $29. On the monthly plan, your first 10 months are covered.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Annual plans are prorated after the first inspection is used.
Does it cover more than one system?
Each additional system (a second furnace, a mini-split head) is $8/mo or $89/yr.
Do heat pumps need both visits?
Yes — a heat pump works year-round, so it gets a heating check in fall and a cooling check in spring.
Is coil cleaning included?
No. Coil cleaning, burner cleaning, drain flushes and replacement filters are extras, quoted before we do them. Your 15% member discount applies.
